Calendar/Schedule. I need one.

I think one of the biggest obstacles I face is Time Management. I'm pretty much the time-wastiest person you ever met. I really need a calendar, and one I can follow. I have a really shitty old phone, so I can't do the Iberry calender everyone else seems to have. I think I'll give the Gmail default calendar a shot. Anyone have any suggestions for ways to organize your time? Favourite scheduling techniques? I'm open to all of them! Procrastination help would also be nice. Excellent and helpful comments will get their own posts. ^____^
